I was in the store yesterday, looking to get help with a phone I just bought. The so-called manager was extremely rude, and basically told me that without signing up for a contract she would not do anything. She LITERALLY stepped to me. Thank God I am not the person I used to be...she would be missing teeth right now for sure (& i really hope you read this). I do not recommend this store to anyone! I have worked in customer service for years and can tell you that is NOT managerial material. You have no business being manager... read more
