Customer service is lousy. Multiple times AT&T has upgraded my plan without my authorization. "Oh you are getting more now" they say. They also increased my bill with the more that I didn't authorize. While I'm speaking with an AT&T employee he gets up to help another employee who walks in the door. During that time other employees become free after they finish with their customers who commence to stand around and talk. We received excellent, friendly service. We bought a new cell, two tablets, placed the tablets on our plan, three face covers for the devices, and a fast charger.
It was a wonderful experience. I didn't buy anything but had a great time
Upgraded to the iPhone 7 yesterday, we were attended to by Julius. He was super nice and had us in and out! Great Person overall! Didn't mind driving from Nac to Lufkin after having a pleasant experience!
I got the galaxy s7 deal. I got stuck pay for both phones. Got the wifi calling update and it doesn't even work. Was told I need to turn on airplane mode. This of course turns everything off, but to make sure I turn wifi back on. Doing this defeats the purpose of having wifi calling. These phones don't get good signal anywhere. Talk to them about what can be done and nothing no one knows anything or how to fix a problem. I'm not impressed overall. I've had good and bad experiences but we are at our wits end with customer service and their incompetency about fixing problems. When we pay our bill and we get hit with a bunch of charges and can't seem to help us out, while some customers got double gbs for same price but some didn't was not cool. I will not be forced to spend way to much. If this problem isn't resolved soon they will loose a customer. Just saying....Liza
