My son is /was stranded in Enid, Ok with a broken phone. He called from the At &t location...tried to call back..the store Will not pickup the phone ! I even had 611 At &t try to call..she too was unsucessful! Good grief people, CRAZY way to run a store !!
I was looking forward to receiving my iPhone 7 Plus. I arrive at the store at 3:30 in the morning. I read all of the notifications on the doors. Employees were showing up about 6 AM. At 8 AM they came out and said they had no iPhone 7 Plus!!! I took the day off to stand in line to be the first one in line and I was. No compensation no explanation I could've ordered. But I wanted it the first day. But you and I both know. That doesn't mean you're getting it the first day.
