Still having issues with 4 different phones on my account plus WiFi at home . Dropped calls, slow internet when everyone else around me has four bars I have one bar . Been dealing with this for over two months . Frustrated . I called many times to get the problem fixed . They keep investigating but the problem never gets fixed . The problem is their services can’t handle all the customers they have .
the worst and I mean worst customer service in the world....I am cancelling my service as soon as possible....you overcharge everyone and promise a credit only to give a 3rd of the credit promised....1 call center says 1 thing and another says another...at least work by the same playbook....horrible company
Absolutely horrible customer service. apparently all of the employees take bathroom breaks together.
This store never has enough employees to take care of the customers. Every time we go there to correct an issue or get new phones its a wait of at least an hour and a half. Yesterday we waited for 2.5 hours just to get told we couldn't do what we wanted to get done due to a technicality. We will never go back to the Enid store!!!
If it wasn't for Ramona, I probably would have dropped AT&T like a rock. She got me a better plan and fixed issues on my phone that no one else could. Saved me from having to buy another. I can tell you that I'm done with Samsung!!! I wish I could get more than one bar on my signal. Y'all brag about having the strongest signal, but where do ya have to go to get it?
Sad when you go pay your bill, spend 20 min looking at the new phones. NOT 1 person asked to help. 2 stood at counter talking. Hmmm, I was the only 1 not with someone. They just lost my upgrade. Hopefully someone in the city will appreciate my business!!!!!!
