Sorry in advance for the long post, but I need to get this out. My wife and I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever this evening. In November, we purchased three iPhone 11s and 3 protector cases from the AT&T store in Rib Mountain. One of the phones and cases were a Christmas gift for our daughter, so she didn’t get it until Christmas. It turns out the protective case was the wrong size. I shop alot at Gamestop. I walked down to AT&T to use their restroom, like I have many times before. I walked in the store and was greeted by a gentleman asking if he could help me. He was very professional. I asked if I could use their restroom and he said yes. I was then questioned by another salesperson as to whether or not I was coming from Gamestop. I went in to upgrade my phone yesterday & Tony was awesome. He went above & beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal, took time to explain different products & plans, updated my account to fit my data needs, & made sure I understood everything about my plan/phone before I left. Worst customer service I've ever had. Want to switch to a different carrier.
If you have a 2gb plan you can upgrade to a 3gb plan for NO EXTRA MONEY! They won't tell you though. You have to find out on your own.
