I went in to get a phone because it wouldn't let me order it online . I clearly started which plan I wanted and that I wanted no add ons . I get home to find out that she added stuff for her own well being ( her commission ) after lying and stating that she was going back to take it off and she had a bunch of stuff on there that i didn't want or need . This ATT Store was the WORST and most POORLY MANAGED phone store (of any brand affiliation) I have experienced—EVER! I would give them negative stars if i could. I interfaced with a woman named “Tierra” who was the most POORLY TRAINED and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service person (of ANY type) I have EVER encountered. I came in to switch out a mifi device. This seems to be a re occurring theme here at this store, was told that would receive full $1000 dollar trade in for my phone, completed the whole process and bought 3 other devices. Two weeks pass and go to turn in the trade in and I am informed that I will only receive $350, after I had already changed off my “old grandfather plan”. Seems they have a habit of lying to customers!!! Do not use this store, make me want to drop AT&T, and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I had to write and thank Brandon for his great assistance getting me set up with the iPhone Promax 16. I’ve had Att and iPhones for over thirty years and this was the best service, best transition and just an all around pleasant experience. Thanks Brandon!
