Honestly don't even bother. Went in today for hotspot issues and all she did was restart my phone 🤣 didn't ask for account information or log into their system. Worked for 2 seconds until I left the store, went back in and she said "call 611" Seems like if you didn't buy the phone from them, they definitely not helping. Went straight to the Oakdale At&t store and the manager solved my issue within 20 minutes. Out of all the stores, this one is definitely last resort.
I went in to get a phone because it wouldn't let me order it online . I clearly started which plan I wanted and that I wanted no add ons . I get home to find out that she added stuff for her own well being ( her commission ) after lying and stating that she was going back to take it off and she had a bunch of stuff on there that i didn't want or need . This ATT Store was the WORST and most POORLY MANAGED phone store (of any brand affiliation) I have experienced—EVER! I would give them negative stars if i could. I interfaced with a woman named “Tierra” who was the most POORLY TRAINED and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service person (of ANY type) I have EVER encountered. I came in to switch out a mifi device.
