Why are we once again having phone problems?? Might get a text out but usually it fails. Can't make outgoing calls. What's the deal this time??! "They" say here at RC office that service is down across the country funny how I have several people across the US who have service. LOTS of customers at the AT&T office. I told them post something, they said they can't, their "higher ups" won't let them. So they are standing outside talking to people
I'll admit the service is nice and they have great phones, but there is no reason for us to be in over 10 times in a month because they don't know what they are doing. Should of just stayed with Verizon and we would of never of had problems like this.
