avoid at&t at all costs. lied to and swindled even after asking questions to back myself up!! they lie and tell you you're getting a free phone but then if its stolen or lost they want 300 dollars to even disconnect the line. spent over an hour trying to figure it out but all at&t cares about is money and not their customers. worst company and worst lying dirty sales people. unbelievably greedy.

Update your hours, it’s frustrating to take time off work to get a phone fixed and get there to find you don’t open at 9 like your site and Facebook page says. You open at 10!
Over 2years ago we came to this store. Got the satellite & phone pkg. We were told it was $60, signed a contract. Was never close to $60 & now we can't get them to drop the satellite which is not in contract and cost us $200 a month more, yet they said we could 'easily' drop it. We shook hands with him. He lied. I just called there and 'all of the supervisors are in a meeting.' Really?!? Again.. lies. We've used at&t for a long time and have never had an issue with contracts. Called 3 days ago about the Note 8 pre-order. Older lady couldn't care less about inquiring for me. Called again today (pre-order launch) and she said call customer care. I called and they directed me back to the store. They didn't know I was calling from a Verizon parking lot. Walked into Verizon and pre-ordered with no hassle. Good job lady. AT&T lost a customer due to your abysmal customer service skills. (Y)
Walked in there to tell them that my phone wasn't getting service. Told them that turning on and off works but the service always ends up going away. So what they did was turn it off then turn it back on it works then they send me on my merry way with nothing fixed.
I was at first excited about the customer service I received. I asked a bunch of questions concerning how the phones would be paid for before I agreed to a no-contract plan. Was misinformed with how the phone worked with the plan. Would never have "bought" a phone through them if they had been clear on what would happen if I left AT &T. I decided to leave AT&T because it was cheaper elsewhere and I received a free phone from a relative.
