Rude staff! Doesn't want to take time to help or explain anything! Just take your money and move on to the next
They never do what they say they are going to do and I have this trouble every month.
The overall customer service isn't the worst I've ever seen but the level of product knowledge is much lower than it should be. AT&T is one of the largest companies in the world and if you choose to use their services, there's no escaping some of their deplorable policies. For comparable signal strength, the only viable option is Verizon and their in-store customer service is even worse. U-Verse is actually pretty good but you still have to deal with the same unprepared and uninformed sales associates.
Reps do not listen, they just say canned responses. Manager was very smug and rude. Takes forever no matter how small.
