Customer Service: My 85 yo mother went to this store twice same day Monday Nov 25, 2019 because her land line wasn't working, a black woman called the repair dept and said to the person on the phone right in front of my mother "she's very old" if i was there i would have said something to her what difference does it make someone's age if they need service, very rude, this woman needs customer service lessons!
If I could've given 0 stars I wouldve. I have missed 8 hours of work from staying home with a technician for hours and him not being able to transfer my services because YOU ALL didn't put in the right address. It is ridiculous and very stressful dealing with you all and your terrible customer care line. I've tried to cancel services and was told that it will be handled after a week of no service. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
My family and I got amazing deals and were treated fantastic. Chad is an awesome representative! Blake was a big help too. Glad we switched wireless providers.

Walked in yesterday wanting the s8+ galaxy. I don't recall the guys name but he was super helpful and got my new phone upgraded and set up in around 20 minutes flat. Very happy with my purchase.
The store in the Phoenix ave shopping mall is the best! The manager, Destiny is fantastic at her job. I would absolutely recommend taking your business there, best in the fort!
