I think this place is horrible!!!! From being in the store to being on the phone, every interaction has been crappy. I'm sick of all the hidden fees and how high my bill always is. We switched cause they offered such a great deal. Really wishing I hadn't cause we've spent way more with AT&T then we did with US Cellular. While the cell service has been awesome everything else has been sh***y!!!!
Paula Jackson was extremely helpful & made our visit really enjoyable. My mother in law left happy with a new iPhone 6, & Paula answered all my questions about the new Gear S watch We definitely appreciate great customer service, which is hard to come by these days... THANK YOU Paula!
The store is good but phone companies rules to keep you buying stuff is thievery. Good luck getting an old phone unlocked to help out a friend. I also bought a brand new phone and it had problems within a week. The took it and gave me a used piece of crap. AT&T like all phone companies blow hot air out of their ass at you until you sign the contract then their help lines are all about dead ends.
