What a worthless collection of idiots.
I didn’t hate my visit, everyone is nice in the store. My main problem is with the structure of the store, there’s 3 employees here, and 3 sets of customers (including me) yet only 2 people can wait on customers because the other persons job is to sign people in......apparently he is not allowed to help customers. Worst part about the whole experience is I order d the phone online, I don’t need it set up, I don’t need instructions, all I need is the phone and then to leave. Customer service could use a large tweak.
Awesome service, professional and fast. Have to say I am super impressed. This being the day after Christmas, they are moving people through professionally and quickly.
I stopped in today to switch to AT&T. I was greeted at the door by William. He provided friendly, helpful and fast service. I was in and out much more quickly than expected.
Absolute worst customer service. A damn joke of a business. People walking out prior to me being helped. Then straight told they don't care. Room full of douche bags
