AT&T only keeps Sales Representatives in the store, no technicians. Bear that in mind when going in, be patient and ask questions. If you are not tech-savy, bring someone with you who is.
This place was absolutely worthless on Friday, October 17, 2025 about 3 pm. I walked in and asked for help with an email issue on my phone with ATT service from the two employees working. No other customers were present in the store. The employees were rude, belittled me, and refused to provide any technical assistance. The people that work at this store are extremely hard to deal with and very opinionated!
I was told I can’t exchange a case that was sent to me from online and it’s the wrong case for my phone. I have never heard such a thing and feel like the staff is very unprofessional. I would like a manager to call me.
I love our local AT&T retailer in Eureka. The staff is always extremely helpful. I switched from Verizon because coverage is better on West End Rd and Bayside. I’ve had bill problems from other stores that corporate wouldn’t help with on the phone. The local store took care of my problem. Highly recommend.
