AT&T Eureka store, awesome service by Braeden & Juan. Brought Internet Air Box back, told by manager to contact AIA Support for help w set up. They were of no assistance. Second trip to Store, Juan was amazing by immediately identifying problem, found solution & fixed in a matter of minutes! Giving him a 5 STAR review!
Best place ever
Would rate this place one star if it wasn’t for the manager’s help. Spent 2 hours being denied a new phone after paying them a non-refundable 400 dollars to trade the old one. Manager finally jumped in to help after the AT&T help line told us to report the store for negligence not that you have another option in Eureka for dealing with these goobers, but if you can I would avoid @ all costs !
