Elijah was awesome! We visited once to get advice on upgrading our prepay phones and he explained all the options and reasons why some prefer an expensive plan. We came back 2 weeks later with our new iPhone 16e phones and he did the magic to activate the eSIM on our existing prepay account.
AT&T only keeps Sales Representatives in the store, no technicians. Bear that in mind when going in, be patient and ask questions. If you are not tech-savy, bring someone with you who is.
This place was absolutely worthless on Friday, October 17, 2025 about 3 pm. I walked in and asked for help with an email issue on my phone with ATT service from the two employees working. No other customers were present in the store. The employees were rude, belittled me, and refused to provide any technical assistance.
