My old iPhone was barely functioning so I went in person to the AT&T store to trade it in. The staff person was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the entire process, including moving my old data to the new phone, took around an hour.
Elijah was awesome! We visited once to get advice on upgrading our prepay phones and he explained all the options and reasons why some prefer an expensive plan. We came back 2 weeks later with our new iPhone 16e phones and he did the magic to activate the eSIM on our existing prepay account.
