They were very unfriendly and unsympathetic. If ms Marsha had been there I wouldn't have had a single problem. Going to an apex store to get my dad a new SIM card since he's in the hospital and his phone got stolen.
Normally I don't have such great experiences at At&t but today Brittany rocked it! She was very knowledgable & quickly helped us to get an upgrade! Very friendly! & awesome customer service!
They refused me service a week ago on mine and my husband's phone just because I was upgrading I waited over an hr to be told no when I already knew I could. I went to one in little Rock and got phone upgraded next day...today I go I to get a Sim card for my mom's phone and they want me to wait over an hour for it. No thank you I will never go to this store again I will drive 45 min to little rock to get my stuff done and go to a store that prides in making there customers happy and satisfied.
