Make it simple, I have been on the phone way to long waiting for help, I have been passed off 4 times, I would like to cancel my whole account, I want something simple.
Poor customer service! Long wait times! No one acknowledges you when you enter the store or wait for hours to be waited on! Ridiculous!

Brittany was wonderful in assisting me handling my son's phone issues that crossed 3 different states. Due to his phone being stolen, we had to upgrade. Bottom line, he's happy now. Candace was also wonderful when assisting me in upgrading to a new phone. She informed me what the problem was & worked with me when I had to leave for another appointment & return. The comraderie & affection I witnessed between the AT&T representatives & their customers were phenomenal. They truly care about their clients. Way to go AT&T!!
The store had just opened up at 9 and I wanted to do a quick refund before I had to be at work at 10. There were only about 4 customers, but we had to "sign in" at the door. 2 employees were working and the other stood by the door waiting to see if other customers were coming in so that she could sign them in.
