Waited 30 min an then had to get put back in line due to they trying to not to see me
I think for a computerized company that communication and human contact is gone! That's a shame loyal customer are treated so very lousy!
Had a huge problem with the last salesperson...manager on duty today (Jon) spent A LOT of time talking and explaining, as well as our salesman Joshua, were both more than helpful! Been with AT&T a LONG time and wasn't looking to change! Great customer service! Thank you Jon and Joshua!
