Had a helpful tech Katrina help sort out my modem swap for my wireless internet service and showed me an antenna booster I can buy and try...but here I am again tonight with NO internet service!
Need to rethink the friendly expert claim. My ‘expert’ caused me more headaches than one should ever have. All ATT can say is we are sorry. Went in to have one land line cancelled. ATT cut all services. Which caused a domino effect which involved unhappy employer and police.
