@at&t was at your lake forest store off of el toro. Waited over an hour to just about check out when your employee told me I was trying to upgrade too early (I'm 45 days away from my contract being up) then refused to do help me out further. I've been a customer for 12 years! You showed no loyalty to a loyal customer so now this customer will not show loyalty to you! Off to #verizon asap. #att #noloyalty
