Do not come here for transactions like exchanges or returns on accessories like Samsung galaxy earbuds. These people working here do not know how to perform simple tasks. I ordered Samsung ear buds on the att website they came in white when I wanted black . They had a promotion for 25% off. Every sign in this store is in Spanish... not one in English anywhere. I am not happy if I wanted to live in Mexico I would go to Mexico. Unbelievable I thought English in the USA was First Language. When did this change. I have pictures but I guess I can not post them. I did blow up Facebook with this.
waited 1 1/2 hours, from #7 on the list to finally #1 only to be put back to #2.. Hows that happen. We've been waiting too. TERRIBLE.
