Good customer service they treated me right and they got me all set up with all my things quick and easy
I’ve had multiple bad experiences with multiple employees. Experiences that have ended up costing me a lot of my time and money. There are maybe 1 or 2 reps that have been very helpful, but other than that everybody else in that store does not respect your time and they all hang around a desk and talk while customers are waiting to be helped.
Tyson was hands down the BEST customer service employee I have ever dealt with! He was patient and helpful and resolved our issues in a efficient manner Thank you so much Tyson!!

Bought a brand new phone. The new phone did not take calls for a good ten hours a day, customer service was not sure and they said my voicemail could not be set up either. Took the phone in and I was told, “the phone just came out, it needs to work out the glitches” glitches??? It doesn’t ring 11 hours out of the day. Oh, and he also said my phone probably isn’t in a good service area. They just wanted me gone.
