Do not come here for transactions like exchanges or returns on accessories like Samsung galaxy earbuds. These people working here do not know how to perform simple tasks. Every sign in this store is in Spanish... not one in English anywhere. I am not happy if I wanted to live in Mexico I would go to Mexico. Unbelievable I thought English in the USA was First Language. When did this change. I have pictures but I guess I can not post them. I did blow up Facebook with this.
waited 1 1/2 hours, from #7 on the list to finally #1 only to be put back to #2.. Hows that happen. We've been waiting too. TERRIBLE.
