Le hice saber que debería ser amable y él me dijo “QUIERE QUE LE ATIENDA OTRA PERSONA” Muchísimos años en esta compañía de teléfono y jamás nunca me había tocado que me atendiera un trabajador mal humorado y con nada de amabilidad y muy arrogante !
