My husband is a first responder and was told that we would be receiving a promotion of buy one get one free iPhones despite him being on firstnet (an AT&T company for first responders) and me being on AT&T. However, this was just a lie to improve sales. They lied directly to our faces while simultaneously thanking my husband for his service. Whether you call it visit a store you always get a different story. I have five lines...a customer since '02 and they still treat you like crap. Arbitrarily cancelled the insurance on all the lines...even though it was no fault of my own, it will still take a waiting period of 30 days till I can file a claim.
Well, the company in general didn't handle my situation very well the past week, but they are trying to make it right. As for this store, they did the minimum of what they could do for me, but nobody really stepped up to help me out. It seemed like everyone was so worried about missing sales commissions instead of earning repeat business by taking an active role in resolving the issue with my order. I will definitely not bother coming back to this location again if it's such a hassle to help existing customers.
Warranty department is good and professional and informative

Went by the store and had the service dept look at my phone, they did a factory reset and successfully. Last time I tried a factory reset I lost my contacts. What a pain to reenter 200 + contacts.. Works great,
