customer service is terrible, they say to have curbside , but they make you wait for 30 minutes. And this is my wife's mother trying to make a payment. thank god i don't have att. not plannimg to anytime soon. 🖕

Poor customer service had my contract done the 17th of July was schedule until the 25th PROMISED EARLIER INSTALL if signed that day for a professional technician to come out here didn’t happen waited till today technician went to ask on apartments instead of my house and didn’t get service they reschedule till august the 2nd I can’t believe such a big company and cant get a technician out here to solve the issue because definitely it wasn’t my fault

I went in w some misinformation I was given a Cricket rep, but two great employees from there were kind enough to still help me out and send me on my way w a wrkg phone. They didn't have to help me but they did, unfortunately I cannot remember their names, but thanks again u r great people...
