Customer service and knowledge..Epic Fail. Wrong information given. When you need a iPhone replacement it's torture but when you want to buy an iPhone they kiss your ass and take your $$$with a smile.
I feel so dissapointed after we selected a family plan (4 members of the family have iPhones) that in order to have unlimited shared data, the employee argued we needed to sign up for direct tv. I do not want direct tv!!!! But I do need the unlimited data. Isn't some kind of unethical bribery when a company makes you buy a product to be able to buy another one you need? Maybe is time to select another cell phone company. So many others don't make you buy anything!! And some of us really dislike direct tv! This is so unethica... read more
Been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting. Was told I was next when I came in, someone is already helping the person who came in after me. I'll give you 10 minutes then I'm headed over to sprint.
Love AT&T but this store is horrible. I would rather drive to another store further away than deal with this store. They leave out details, tell you if you have changed to come to the store so they get the commission. Stay away from this store.
