Waiting for more than five minutes for a representative to wait on me. They (three of them) were too busy BS’ing with each other. So I walked out.

I disconnected my ATT internet and cable on 10/27/19 The billing date ends on 11/8/19. I did not receive a final bill as of 11/13/19. I called and was advised that since I disconnected my service I would be billed until the end of the billing cycle even though I no longer had service with ATT. I am being charged for service that I am not using. This should be unethical

We shopped at another store had a cart 🛒. We wanted to stop in so we left empty cart just outside the door. Once we had shopped we intended to return the cart. The man at the door as we walked in acted like he was coming out so we moved. He stepped back in we asked if he was leaving he said no he wanted to know where the carts were from they needed to be returned and he wouldn’t let us in so we returned the cart and left.

Nice employees, but ATT sux...feel an employee activated a fake account. Only 3 of us on plan and my cell is off next plan but still charging us for 3 next plans. Cancelling as soon as phones payed off!!
