The manager Yussell was EXTREMELY unprofessional! He looked me In my face and told me” life isn’t fair” when I was explaining an issue that happened to be due to one of the other employees lack in communication. He even walked away and said “do whatever you want” as i was in the middle of talking. Yussell was very rude and told me there wasn’t anything he can do about my situation!!!!! What a horrible company. The service with AT&T is atrocious. Quite possibly the worst experience of my life time. Switched from a competitor. Biggest mistake ever. After the first 12 months the billed doubled. Internet and tv almost $300 a month. Ridiculous!!! Called the so called customer service # say you want to cancel and it transfers you to a recording that say we are sorry this office is closed. But then again you cannot cancel on the website.
