I added a line to my mobile package, I wanted the data dropped to 3G, the little scammer at the store not only didn't lower the data, he signed me up for Uvirce, and Att is no help, I will be switching to T Mobile.
Bad and slow services. Too many indian rep who dont understand english...
Usually I am happy with ATT but ever since they screwed up and combined my uverse bill with my familys wireless plan when the shouldn't I am so upset and stressed. I really need someone to talk about this cause social media via twitter and facebook are no help nor is combined billing.
So I have been trying to get service installed for 3 weeks. I have spent almost 10 hours on the phone and been transferred about 60 times. Then when I request to cancel service they tell me they can't because it's a new account!!!! Absolutely unacceptable and I will be reaching out to the better business bureau
I recommend everyone get rid of AT&T they are rude and not willing to work with you on anything .
