Provide better customer service. Your web site won't let me log on to any of my accounts tonight, and you phone customer service has shut off - and the stupid chat function requires me to log on - which your site won't let me do! You are terrible!

Don't get ATT home phone service. They screwed up when they set up an acct for me almost a year ago, I took the necessary steps to have it corrected and I am still dealing with it. I have left ATR about 6 months ago and am still having to deal with this issue even according to them " rest assured" you don't owe a bill and it will be pulled from collections and closed. Well, @AT&T U-verse has done it again....4 days without internet, phones or tv. Second tech, claiming the one yesterday lied about what was wrong and was too lazy to do his job. Put in for yet another repair ticket, but the problem is not at our house, it's on Harmon Rd in Pickerington; which means it's also affecting other customers and they don't care....
After many years of sticking to AT&T I'm beyond angry. They caused the problem and now after almost one year of no internet service at home other than my cell phone. AT&T tells me they can't give me uverse because they say I have a non AT&T dsl. I DON'T! Too bad, there's nothing we can do. Person from Arizona said today. Malique from Cleveland said on June 1, someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours to straighten everything out. Ha!
