Stopped in to upgrade my phone and the employee changed plan even though I specifically told him not to. He didn't update the service to my new phone. He didn't know the product. Didn't show me how to use it and told me I didn't need to read the contract, that I should just sign it. I had a friend with me who said he was rolling his eyes at me too. Sorry you don't know your own job.
This store is the only AT&T location I will go to because Rose Ryan is working there. She is such a friendly face and explained everything to me..including the deals and any charges I was unaware of from my last bills. I originally got my contract at the Orland Park location and the service was terrible. The associate I worked with didn't tell me I was changing to a Next Plan, he didn't explain the different plans they offered and I left completely confused.
