Ran into the store with a dead phone late for a zoom apptmt with a client …all staff were calm, Ryan happened to be coming into the showroom and not only connected me to what I needed & was being clear
I had came in to upgrade two lines after work on a Friday and i was going to do it over the phone because I didn’t have an appt so I wouldn’t be there all evening on a Friday but Nick and Liz did there thing and got me in and out upgrading two lines in about a hour fastest time i ever seen that’s why I always come back to this AT&T store they’re always fast quick friendly and awesome thanks again Liz and Nick
