Worst one i have even been in. Host at the front door is really unprofesionnal. Doesnt smile at you and waits to greet you. Had to wait in line to pay my bill at a machine because apparently that's the only way i can pay it. Or i would have to wait but there are 2 people waiting in front of me. REALLY? Wait to talk to an actual person to pay my bill because i didnt know my dumb pin? I would expect this kind of service elsewhere. This is rediculous.
