waste of 2 hours, service sucks terribly
Used to be my favorite store. Told rep we were going to take a walk, he said no problem. You gave your number? Yep. We will call you. No call, waste of an hour...
ATT service in Gurnee / Waukegan is horrible. Internet is slow, phone svc is spotty .
Was texted that we were next in line, 45 minutes later still just next in line. Time to switch carriers.
4 stars only because the greeter person was super moody and acted as if she was doing me a favor by checking me in to an Appointment that i made. It got better once i was being helped by Leo on my phone issue. 2 hours later (which i didnt even feel) i walked out with my 2 phone upgrades. Leo is very profesional and listens to your issue and fixes it. Thanks for the painless upgrade Leo!
