We worked with Zac Wilson and could not have been more pleased. Zac was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. We were doing several different things, including changes regarding our home phone and basic plan, and Zac handled each one wonderfully. I would highly recommend anyone patronizing this store to ask to work with Zac.
I had to return a fiber optic modem to AT&T because I was moving. (By the way, the fiber optic service was excellent.) I thought I had to return the fiber optic modem by taking it to the AT&T Store like Spectrum does. The staff at the AT&T Store calmly explained to me that I had to take it to the UPS Store and they will take care of it. This confused me and another person I was with because the UPS Store is not AT&T. We did what they explained to us and the UPS Store knew exactly what to do.
