Ya’ll, let me enlighten you. My girl Courtney is KILLING THE GAME! After being with Verizon for many years, I finally made the switch & this employee made things SO easy! One week without phone. Third time in the last few months I've lost service after a heavy rain. They can't seem to fix it properly. Promised to have it fixed by yesterday - still out. Worst service ever! What has happened to this company? All words- no service.

Great service and knowledgeable staff! Converted all mobile services to AT&T after years of great U-Verse service.
