Do not purchase the insurance through AT&T for an IPhone. Do yourself a favor and get apple care. Both are around the same price. I was told by the AT&T sells reps that through AT&T if something happened to my phone I would get a NEW phone, no questions asked. So fast forward to today, my phone does not work, so I am instructed to send it to a 3rd party company called (asurion), in return I will have to wait a day or 2 (without a phone) and get sent a REFURBISHED phone.
