Casey was helpful after Laurie was useless and unhelpful. It really shouldn't take 3 different employees and all day to figure things out.
Casey the manger was very cool. He helped setup my business act and everything. The people in the morning was not so good. But we got it taken care of. People where saying that this is the worst store I don't see it at all everyone was very nice.
This is the worst store ever. The customer service is crap and the managers are the worst people. Being a customer for 17 years does not matter to then at all. Please go to another carrier and save yourself the misery. These are the most horrible people I've ever encountered in my life. I will be leaving as soon as I can pay out of my contracts.
