My wife and I usually hate going there, but yesterday the had the A team in and I was given excellent service for a pretty good chunk of stuff I needed them to do for me.
Have to be checked in and wait long periods of time just to buy accessories! What happened to having one person checking people in and out???

I hate their Direct TV Costumer Services!!!!!!!��� definitely need better service there... just wanted to mention that agent Tiffanny #54tiffbrya and manager Melissa do not deserve to represent such a successfull company with their underminding deminers and senseless ways of treating your costumers. I will wait till my contract is up so that i dont have to pay for any disconection fees to terminate my 10 year relationship with Att/Direct tv...�
Still arguing over a $100. Charge when an employee accidentally swiped my card 2x. Haven't heard from a manager. He doesn't ever seem to be available or at this location. Spent 2 hours in the store trying to rectify this problem and have been texting with another employee for a month now. Told them to credit my account but it seems my money is missing.
When a customer sets an appointment . It is expected that there be an appointment at the set time. It is crazy that no one is even in the facility to help customers. Then when asked an employee to get the manager he responded with, "I don't work at this store." Seriously, you work for the company. This is just insane that people care so little about their jobs. You are in a customer service role.
