Zack was a great help, on the other hand..... I don't know his name but he made sure to tell me he was a police officer. He was calling me a liar 10 seconds after walking in the door, shame on you sir. You suck at customer service and should be fired for calling me a liar.
Oneida took care of us. She was wonderful. I will only see her in the future.
It was one of the most excruciating experiences I've ever had! My bill and service have been one nightmare after another. I wouldn't even recommend AT&T to North Korea!!! I could write a 500 page dissertation on bad business practices and fraud, just from the last 8 months of experiences I've had with AT&T. They put someone else Direct TV bill on my Phone Bill and act like they did me some great Service By Crediting it. They won't let you talk to anyone with any authority. My service less than Desired.
