They're rude, hateful and ee didnt get waited on just kept getting walked past.. oh yeah AND they stole over $300 then canceled my order without my authorization. then tried to re take out the $308 from my account again today. Not joking have the screenshots and the phones calls recording as do they.
Lousy customer service. Couldn't get waited on and I am an ATT/DirecTV customer
My AT&T app on my Samsung S6Active will not bring my information up on my account. All it does is spin. They did everything I had already done and just said maybe it will fix itself soon since their iphones worked okay. So i had to pay my bill while I was at the store instead of via my phone as usual. It's been like this for a month. I've already uninstalled the app and installed it back and still just spins....
