**UPDATE** The store manager in Covington, Kavickia, called my husband this morning and said I stole the phone from them and it was going to be shut off at 3pm if I didn’t come to the store and pay the sales tax. Excellent customer service Satisfied all my questions She deserves a raise
Some of the best service I’ve ever gotten very helpful with little wait time. Both ladies addressed every customer that came in in a timely manner and again service was great
I went to the Millington AT&T store today and was treated awful. I called before I went to make sure it was something they could do and was told yes. I interrupted him scrolling on his phone and he was resentful of that so he said he couldn’t help me. I went to the Covington store and they helped me so quickly and with such a great attitude. Customer service is 10 out of 10 here!! Great job Covington location!!
Go see Asia, “like the continent”, she was awesome, probably the best experience I've ever had at an AT&T store! She's my girl for phones and accessories from now on!
