Asia was awesome. I was very satisfied with my service. She was very professional and there was no wait. She was prompt in assisting me.
**UPDATE** The store manager in Covington, Kavickia, called my husband this morning and said I stole the phone from them and it was going to be shut off at 3pm if I didn’t come to the store and pay the sales tax. When I tried telling her I had paid it online she just hung up on me. How do you steal a phone that was handed to you in a bag by a AT&T employee? The way I’ve been treated by AT&T is appalling. Some of the best service I’ve ever gotten very helpful with little wait time. Both ladies addressed every customer that came in in a timely manner and again service was great
I went to the Millington AT&T store today and was treated awful. I called before I went to make sure it was something they could do and was told yes. I interrupted him scrolling on his phone and he was resentful of that so he said he couldn’t help me. I went to the Covington store and they helped me so quickly and with such a great attitude. Customer service is 10 out of 10 here!! Great job Covington location!!
