I’m cannot rave enough about your store. We put the reps through quite the ringer today with changes to our account and they helped us, was super patient and we left with more than we expected. Plus, you made my 14-year-old daughter very happy with her first, official phone. Dominic was exceptional and the store manager was phenomenal. Thank you so much!!!

As we spent 1.5 hours waiting for a sales rep to help us buy a phone, the manager and another employee were laughing amongst each other. I asked if one of them could help us and the manager stated that we would have to wait for a salesmen. I left the store and went to another AT&T store and was immediately helped by the store manager.

My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones and walked out with everything we needed! My only issue was how long it took to get everything done. We were there about 3 hours. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I am happy with my service as well as my phone and tablet. Life is good!

These guys here know customer service. Always friendly and take the time to explain everything so you won't feel like your being take advantage of.

I just spent 4 hours at this AT&T trying to get numbers transferred from another account. They waited patiently while I had to get authorization to take over the numbers, and were friendly while trying to go through the difficult process. They made a stressful situation so much better. The guys I worked with directly was Christian, and the manager which I believe her name was Emily. They were so accommodating!

We have been here at least 45min. This is horrible customer service. Instead of having a greeter to open the door that I am perfectly capable of opening myself put the person to work helping customers.

I came in at 10 am with an appointment for a new smart phone. After 45 miutes I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I said fine just call me when you are ready. It's 11:40 and still no call. I understand protecting a commission, I've done it myself, but this is when a manager should have taken over. There where 3 people to open the door but nobody to sell me a phone
