Apparently your sales people aren't versed in policies and phone capabilities. Bought an iPhone to replace my husband's dying phone. Didn't not want a data plan. Salesman said it wasn't an issue. Asked if we could text photos without a data plan. Wasn't an issue he said. Wrong on both accounts. I know am being charged an extra $30 a month because I HAVE to have a data plan. Wouldn't have gotten the iPhone if I knew this to be the case.
