I live in OFallon, MO and have raised a transfer request for my service 20 days ago since I was switching apartments. They were supposed to come in and do the work today after postponing twice (Reason - "Bad Wiring or something"). I called to confirm and they said "Unfortunately", they have to postpone yet again!! AT&T do you have ANY idea why? Did it occur to your client care that if you're rescheduling, may be you should drop an email/call? ATT quoted me one price when I signed up; then they offered me an upgrade because of an error they made on their part. I get my next bill and guess what?? My bill is $20 more each month. I will continue to write reviews and discourage friends/ family from using ATT internet/tv until I get a solution to my problem.
I had a great experience with AT&T! On Memorial Day weekend I ruined my iPhone 7 Plus and no longer active! So changing everything over was difficult. Verizon refused to attempt to fix and recommend me to buy new. So I left them. Shaquille was my sales representative and he was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative on what I was paying for. I will never deal with another location or phone customer service rep other than here again.I was in and out with all my concerns taken care of. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with his service. I am a very happy customer again. Thank you!!!
