Today I went into AT&T needing help with my iPhone 6 plus and our plan. I worked with Adam dubbin, and it was one of the worst experiences in my life. He talked down to me, about his other employees and never even looked at my phone. Awful! Called customer service to report him, and they were able to guide me in the right direction over the phone. I'll avoid AT&T Saint Cloud from now on.
