Tip: there is NO such thing as a FREE phone. Do. Not. Fall for it! Got a “FREE” phone in August, 2019. Unfortunately, lost it and totally my fault. Went into AT&T and was told that I’d have to “pay” the remainder of the contract $400+. What contract? Oh, but somehow I’d still receive the monthly credit ~ what credit?? After my experience today at the store it’s not surprising that they have 16 1 star votes compared to 5 satisfied customers...I guess my 20 years with ATT is done,,, Time to move on,and they didn’t even care when I told them so...
Customer service? What's that, I've been a at&t customer for 2 years and a directv one for 16 long b4 at&t bought them. I won't say his name yet, but I forgot my drivers license and this millennial smug kid, had the worst customer service I've ever seen. Instead of helping me he was saying well I won't lose my job, instead of how can we make this better, he says well you don't pay my wage at&t does. Worst customer service ever! I bought a phone at this store and 4 hours later it quit working. When I went back in, the manager (Brandon) initially told me that they would give me a new phone. I would just need to wait for the next available assistant. Then that person told me I would have to go through Apple to get phone replaced. What?! I just bought it here a few hours ago!
