WORST STORE EVER. Absolutely no help at all. Charged my card twice when I went in to upgrade my phone a few days ago. An extra $130 taken out of my account.... Walked in today to see what could be done and the lady that greeted me at the door stated there was nothing she could do to help me get my money back. Told me to dial 611 and for me to go from there. I asked how long all that would take, and she said she honestly had no idea before I would be credited back. Thanks a lot for NOTHING. Beware of this store at all costs! ... read more
Too noisy, too flashy. Television and music and 30 conversations at the same time....
I never have any issues,it's the only AT&T store I go to in town!!!
