bought two new phones yesterday. received just one phone today. trying to get in touch with someone to help set up this one phone. no one answers. bought phone in one hour. I expect to TALK with someone at store where I purchased it. Not. wish I would have explored other phones . This SUCKS.
Lied about services I would be getting before switching and then refused to give the free hbo for life after I had already switched over, now So other than AT&T (127 E Blackstock Rd., Spartanburg, SC) lying about free hbo for life when switching. I started service with at&t december 23,2016 i purchased 2 phones and 2 tablets was so excited got our first bill $290.25 well the 1st day i went home played on 1 of the tablets till it went dead and went to plug the charger in n it would fall out i looked inside n seen the charging port where the charger goes was damaged i called customer service, warranty department and also insurance and to make story short i have to pay out my pocket to fix a product of at&t that wasnt even my fault it came out the store damaged wow is a... read more
I cant seem to get anyone on the phone to help me with a problem every time I call they act like that dont know what to do to help me fix something. I bought a phone and when trying to unlock it to use on my carrier it says it doesnt recognized the iem number but I put it in like five times I know its right and they dont know what else for me to try
After waiting 40 minutes for a sales rep, the sales rep immediately told us it would be faster to do our business online. This was after explaining what we needed to the manager and asst manager. So do NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!
