this store is extremely unprofessional. I called to see what I would need to do to get a new sim card. I was told that I would just have to go in the store and let them know which number needed a new sim. it would run about $5 and some change. so I drove 15 miles to att. when I arrived, i was told that they needed the device and couldn't just make a sim like they told me on the phone. if they wouldve told me that, I obviously wouldve brought the device. so now I get to wait until they open tomorrow, burn fuel and time to com... read more
I went to Crowley AT&T yesterday and after 2 hours didn’t get a thing accomplished. Unless you are changing your plan or getting a new phone they can’t do anything. They told me they had done what I wanted to have done but when I got home it was not fixed. Not happy with AT&T at all.
There is always a problem with att and this store and I’m definitely switching to Verizon I pay to much to go throw all this.
RecommendedWent in to open an account and pay bill, the service was GREAT!! Love the atmosphere ! Employees work together, with smiles on their faces! Love the service, might have taken a while, but that was not their fault... Cudos to Heather, she was really patient with me, and handled all my concerns. Great Job Guys!!
An AT&T employee was in a company vehicle and almost t-boned my car because he was driving through a stop sign with his head down, not looking at the road. I was scared and mad, I flipped him off, he returned the gesture.
I went in today wanting to upgrade my phone. Of course, they had a great offer on the new Samsung...but only for new customers or if I added a new line and DirecTV. Of course, I tried to ask why they don't have incentives for long time customers. Even Samsung sells them cheaper. His advice "buy it from Samsung then, we are not a phone distributor-we are a service provider." My advice: go to Bestbuy. They had a great sale and great employees. Don't buy phones from at&t, apparently they don't need the sales.
