MICHAEL POPE IS THE STORE MANAGER THERE / HE AND HIS WORKERS ABUSED MY STEP DAUGHTER VERBALLY, AND REFUSED TO FIX HER PHONE. THEY TOLD HER TO GET A BURNER PHONE . IT WAS A PROBLEM ATT CAUSED . UPPER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS STORE
Team not enthusiastic about customer service at all!
Long wait. They are understaffed. Maybe time for a different service. I have been with At&T for over 20 years, and it has gone downhill. Sad.
After visiting the store 3 times, we found it more helpful to chat with someone on AT&T's website. we were assisted to make the needed changes to our account, basic changes a store associate should automatically do after hearing we had a stolen device on our account. My advice is to better walk through the process with your customers. We were told Sunday everything would be taken care of and we'd have a new device in 2 days. After the two days, both my husband and myself (on separate trips) left the store feeling unsupported... read more
