RecommendedNot recommending them! Went in with my daughter to get her internet billing issue resolved. Same result as on the phone, no help, didn’t get it resolved and told to come back during the week to get it resolved. She WORKS during the week and can’t get to the store. I just don’t understand what has happened to customer service, and the “we will get it fixed” attitude. Too much dependence on “go online to get it done”.

I swear I need to teach classes on customer service 🙄.......I came in February for a BOGO IPhone 8. After 3 months the charges for one of the phones never came off my bill. Come to find out the rep made an error, as my lines did not qualify for the promotion. Well that wasn’t my fault and I’m not paying for a phone I was promised would be free. Awesome experience yesterday. Hunter took care of my needs and was efficient. Great customer service exemplified by this young man. We always talk about bad experiences but this time, why not share a good experience? Kudos on yesterday and got me into the Galaxy S8 device that I desired!!
I've been going to this store for years and have never had a bad experience. That's why I keep going here. This time it was to get and activate 2 new Galaxy S8+ phones. Stacy helped us with everything and did an excellent job getting them set up. Another great visit thanks to her.
I think AT&T used to be decent company. Not now, been 2 years working on getting the static and crackling out of my phone. It doesn't do it all the time, but whenever the person calls back to make sure the phone is still having problems and to schedule a repairman, my phone sometimes seemed to be perfect, therefore the repair is always cancelled.. It never fails to start having problems within hours after the cancelling. So... AT&T used to fix the lines. Now I get the feeling they just don't care like they use to.
