An agent by the name of Roletta was very rude , short and mean. I went in to ask questions about upgrading my phone and she seemed annoyed during the transaction and each question I asked she was irritated and repeated herself instead of in a different way instead to help me understand which made me feel stupid . Clearly she must of had a bad day and took it out on me because all I did was come to upgrade my phone which I did not do because the interaction was so bad! Don’t go here.‼️❌

Chris misled me to spending an hour and a half on the phone with customer service. An hour wait in-store later, Camil said my bill (9gb data and no new phone) would only be $50/mth plus tax, great! Came in AGAIN to upgrade my phone and was told I was actually paying $70/mth and TWO hours later couldn't upgrade my phone because I wasn't on the unlimited plan, which everyone FAILED to mention before having the new phone in my hand! They came out on Thursday and installed our internet. It worked for a few hours then my husband got them on the phone and they plugged and unplugged everything. They then told us they would have someone come out on SUNDAY!! Sunday! That’s horrible service. My vote is to cancel the whole mess.

Third time there to finish a transaction because their system kept crashing previously and watched 3 employees leave when they had 5 people waiting, very frustrating

I had an amazing person helping me and my mother! He was kind and patient with us. Next time you go in, ask for Cameron to help you. He is great! :)

When I go in looking to sign onto a new phone plan, I don't particularly enjoy it when the person helping me makes comments assuming that I'm pregnant. It's even worse when instead of apologizing for the mistake, they keep going on to say that "oh it's just pudge sticking out" and that I just wear large shirts to hide the fat. It is more than unprofessional to be making comments like that to your customers.
