The personnel at ATT in flowood are the best! I don't remember the name of the gentlemen that took care of us but really everyone in the store was superb. The young man and women in there were very welcoming, the atmosphere was upbeat and cheerful. They played music and videos for my 5 year old and kept her entertained talking to her when she got restless. They answered all my questions and we even got to discuss and watch a little soccer in the process. Thank you guys so much for a great experience in your store!!
Do not use them...they are not trustworthy. They convinced us to combine all out services and now it is a terrible mess. They added services we did not ask for and when you call you get transferred from one person to the next. They are dishonest right to your face. I have been waiting for months for my $200 visa card and its probably somewhere in the cloud. The worst thing ATT ever did was to close their corporate offices where you could walk into a store in person and resolve an issue in person instead I get representatives... read more
well we are in week no 4 of this billing mess and gonna take longer to get it resolved because people have no clue . Your store managers or rude even after explaining what had happened to my bill because of there actions they still say I am wrong she tried to explain the bill which was wrong was not . but other options are looking better and better . So this promise is coming just like home phone service , internet service and then dropped directv I can promise Att wireless will be the next departure then we will live the AT... read more
I tried to upgrade my phone at the store. Everything seemed to go well. Got an delivery confirmation email that said very different things than the employee that helped me. Now I've called the store all day to straighten out & haven't gotten a call answered at all.
